Running Bug Club - Refund Policy


We hope you’re pleased to join the Running Bug Club, however if you wish to cancel your subscription and claim a refund of your annual membership fee then please read on:

  • After we confirm your annual membership subscription payment to the Running Bug Club (standard or premium level) you have a maximum of 7 days to cancel your subscription and claim a refund on your membership fee.

    Please note – "we confirm your annual membership subscription payment" is the sending of an email by WorldPay confirming that your payment has been processed. It’s effective regardless of whether or not you receive, open the email or read it provided it was addressed by WorldPay to the email address you supplied.


  • In the meantime if you have used any of the benefits of club membership including reduced race entry fees and shopping discounts from selected retail partners then you may not apply for a refund.


  • To claim a refund, please email inquiries@therunningbug.co.uk within 48 hours of subscribing to the Running Bug Club.


  • Please put in the title of the email "Running Bug Club Refund Request". Also please make sure you include the following information in the email:

- Your name
- A phone number that we may contact you on if necessary.
- We’d also like to know the reason why you wish to cancel your subscription.
  • A refund will be made back onto the credit card/debit card which was used to make the subscription payment.


  • After a period of 7 days has expired after we confirm your annual membership subscription payment, we will be unable to refund this payment.


  • You may cancel your membership to the Running bug Club at any time by emailing a request to inquiries@therunningbug.co.uk.
